Hop On Berlin
A great way to see all the sights of Berlin, the tour is nearly 3 hours long in one lap. There is an audio guide in several languages. You do get really close to all of the attractions. The bus driver was friendly and welcoming.

Great service, friendly staff and great views! Would recommend the Hop on Hop off bus as a great way to see Berlin. Be prepared though, the entire route is @2.5 hours long!

Okay … I have just read the recent reviews and it would seem some individual(s) rated the Sight Seeing of Berlin (Hop On, Hop Off) as not particularly great. However, I have found my tour brilliant. Whilst the tour bus, was not particularly crowded. Claudes, the bus/tour guide, was exceptionally brilliant, so knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour. Appreciated his storytelling of why the Berlin Wall was built,; explained the Berlin Wall Museum and the drawings etc … we stopped twice for a 15 minute break. Claudes, spoke about the history of Berlin and it’s check points. It’s a shame, you can’t ask for Claudes, for your tour guide … he was & is brilliant 😊
Excellent tour guide
We purchased a ticket that gave us a 48 hour pass with guided walking tour and free curry wurst. The directions to activate your ticket were not great, nor was information on redeeming your curry wurst. However the actual tour bus was great. The first driver we had was entirely unhelpful but the other ones were excellent. Also the sellers and agents around the mail stops were super helpful. The English guy we had for the walking tour was hilarious and very knowledgeable. He really did an excellent job.

a good way to see Berlin
I would have been unable to experience visiting all of these sights without using this bus service......and just like in London, another bus will soon arrive, after you visit a given stop.
Fahrt mit Klaus - absolute Empfehlung!
Ich selbst habe einige Jahre in Berlin gewohnt und habe noch Verwandtschaft dort. Wenn ich nun zu Besuch in Berlin bin und Rundfahrten buche, wähle ich City Sightseeing Berlin quasi aus Gewohnheit. Dieses Mal jedoch bin ich so dermaßen überzeugt, dass ich sogar eine Bewertung schreibe. Das liegt an Klaus. Klaus ist der Busfahrer, der uns an unserem zweiten Tag durch Berlin begleitete. Wir hatten das 48-Stunden Ticket gebucht, da wir damit rechneten, dass am 03.10. bestimmt einige Demos und Kundgebungen unsere Rundfahrt "stören" würden (was dann ja auch so war). Wir stiegen zu Klaus in den Bus und bekamen eine very special Rundfahrt. Das Wetter war kühl und windig, so dass das Dach eh geschlossen war. Also blieben wir im unteren Bereich. Klaus ist das komplette Gegenteil vom kaltschnäuzigen Berliner. Er begrüßte jeden neuen Fahrgast sehr persönlich (obwohl er die Menschen ja noch gar nicht kannte!) und souverän in diversen Sprachen. Jeder fühlte sich willkommen. Falls jemand filmbegeistert ist: wartet auf Klaus. Er weiß genau, welche Filme wo in Berlin gedreht wurden (aktuell: Tribute von Panem). Wir haben auf dieser Tour so viel mitbekommen, was nicht in den Kopfhörer-Ansagen erwähnt wurde! Meine (19jährige) Tochter hat angekündigt, dass sie auf ihrer nächsten Berlin-Reise nur noch mit Klaus fahren möchte. Wir haben tatsächlich einige Stopps, an denen wir eigentlich aussteigen wollten, ausgelassen, um weiter mit Klaus zu fahren (und haben sie dann später erlaufen). Achtet darauf, in welchen Bus Ihr einsteigt: die Hör-Texte des Kooperationspartners sind zwar natürlich ebenfalls informativ, aber sehr nüchtern und unpersönlich. Vielleicht kann man das mal anpassen? Wir stiegen um 17h in einen Bus am KaDeWe ein, dessen Fahrer uns dann mitteilte, dass er nur noch bis zum Potsdamer Platz führe (zwei Stationen). Bisschen irreführend, wenn es heißt, dass der nächste Bus um 17h kommt - wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass der Bus dann dann noch einmal die komplette Runde fahren würde. Zumal andere Unternehmer offenbar länger unterwegs waren (wir haben die Busse der Konkurrenz deutlich später noch gesehen). Trotzdem und ganz deutlich: absolute Empfehlung für die Tour mit Klaus. Für den Kooperationspartner spreche ich ganz deutlich keine Empfehlung aus. Es kam kein Hinweis, dass die gebuchte Strecke gesperrt war und ein Hinweis auf möglicherweise auf möglicherwiese veränderte Routen fehlte ebenfalls. Auf einem Teilstück waren auch die Kopfhörerbuchsen offenbar kaputt. Auf unseren Hinweis erhielten wir vom Fahrer (nicht Klaus!) ein eher unfreundliches: "Det passiert". Klaus ist für uns ein absolutes Argument für diese Tour mit diesem Unternehmen. Ich weiß jetzt, warum es in Berlin überall diese überirdischen Rohre gibt (die ich bisher für misslungene Kunstinstallationen gehalten habe) und ich weiß, wo es den Schacht gibt, der der Stasi damals die Spionage des Alex ermöglichte. Und: Klaus, falls du das liest: natürlich waren wir noch in den Hackeschen Höfen! Liebe Grüße von Natalie (die mit dem interessanten Pulli) und der Mutter!
Great tour and relaxing. Easy on and off👍
The bus ride was a great way to see the city and listen to someone tell us about all the highlights of what we were seeing. Super easy to hop on and off. The boat tour was nice but we didn’t understand anything said since it wasn’t in English…but it was still a nice ride.
A good overview of Berlin
Read a few poor reviews but have to say ours was a good experience. Talked to a few of the ticket sellers as they lower their prices as you move around. We were happy with the price we paid. We enjoyed the banter on the commentary and have little to complain about. This company pairs up with another so there's more choice of buses at each stop. There is a negative in that there are no *bus stops* so you have to remember where you got off. We bought tickets and boarded where there were ticket sellers. That helped, but they're not at every stop. One other gripe was other tourists chatting loudly so we couldn't hear the commentary. Overall, a great way to see the highlights of Berlin.
Absolut empfehlenswert
Von Herzen ein grosses Dankeschön für diese Möglichkeit. Meine Schwiegermutter (85) war fasziniert von der Stadt und kaum aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus, wie gross Berlin doch ist. Für eine 85jährige ein absolutes Highlight, da sie nichts erlaufen musste und die Stadt sitzend geniessen konnte. Die Streckenführung war super. Die Stopps in der Stadt gut gewählöt und zentral. Die Häufigkeit der Busfrequenz war sehr praktisch und mit max 20min hat man stets Zeit, sich kurz die Beine zu vertreten und/oder ein Getränk zu kaufen. Der Bus war super sauber, das Personal professionell und super freundlich. Der Service während der Fahrt informativ und excellent. Unser Platz oben und in der Sonne war perfekt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Handy tour bus quite frequent
Tour bus handy - right outside our hotel at East Side Gallery stop! Bought 2 day ticket for extra 4 euros which was worth it. They let you use red hop on and hop off bus as well as the red city sightseeing bus so both were quite frequent. Did full tour took 2 hours but bus does stop as major sights for 15 mins during that time ie Brandenburg gate and also at stop 1. Detailed recorded tour although sometimes it continues even when you are at red lights so unsure what its referring too but still informative. There was a boat ride but we couldnt find where to pick this up from so ended up doing a separate boat tour on Reederei Hadynski which was very good. Bus was clean and soft drinks available but you need cash as card machine didnt work.
A great way to see central Berlin
I traveled to Berlin for a day trip with my son and therefore needed the ability to see as many of the sights in a short space of time and this tour ticked the box. We booked the combined tour and one hour river trip in advance and when we got to the central station it was really easy to find the bus stop, number 19 on the list. As one can imagine the bus was quite full but we managed to get upstairs seats and had great 360 views. A downside, not worth marking down was that the initial Jack for the headphones was as faulty but the next one did. The circular tour takes 2.5 hours if one stays on but the clue is in the name so we hopped off for the river cruise before getting back on at a different stop to get back to the station. The guided information adds humour to interesting facts. Well worth using to understand Berlin
Perfect for a 3- day trip to Berlin
A great way to see the sights over two days - the 2 day ticket is good value. One downside - the really cheesy audio track. Very informative, though.

Wir haben die negativen Bewertungen gelesen und können sie in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Der Fahrer war nett und freundlich, konnte auch Fragen beantworten. Für die mangelnden Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kiel kann der Fahrer sicht nichts, im Gegenteil. Er hat versucht alles positiv zu erzählen.

Rekommenderas. Fin utsikt. Rolig hiss med glad i taket där man får en hissnande känsla när man åker upp. Restaurangen tyvärr stängd gör renovering men baren var öppen och var helt ok.
Utsikt över en stad från ovan är alltid en trevlig upplevelse
Japp, jag gillar att åka upp i tv-torn när det finns möjlighet och passade därför på att göra detta vid ett besök i Berlin. Inte bara för att det är arkitektoniskt läckra byggnader men främst för att utsikten från dessa är häpnadsväckande. Väl uppe så gäller det att ta sig tid att titta runt och försöka hitta de landmärken man passerat till fots - då får man en bild av hur stor en stad är. Jag gillar det eftersom jag gillar att upptäcka städer till fots så ett torn får givetvis ett besök av mig. Överlag en trevlig upplevelse och ska jag anmärka på något så är det de fullkomligt värdelösa biljettautomaterna utanför. Spar tid och gå in och köp en biljett istället - det sänker blodtrycket och ger en trevligare start på trippen upp till himlen!
Högt tv-torn.
Hade inte möjlighet att åka upp och kolla utsikten, men en stund på lite håll för att kolla in hur hög den är fanns tid till. Imponerande högt. Att kolla in den och helst åka upp kan rekommenderas att göras. Kostar att åka upp men utsikten är vidsträckt.
Fantastisk utsikt
Fin utsikt från tv-tornet. Det finns ett café och restaurang, som är beläget ovanför utsiktsplatsen och roterar sakta - ett varv per halvtimme. Visningsplattform 203,78 m. och kafé 207,53 m.

Åt middag i restaurangen och utsikten var verkligen spektakulär. Maten var också god, men inte något speciellt. Kostar också en del, men enligt mig värt det för upplevelsen man får.

Efter att ha varit på väg att åka upp flera gånger vid tidigare besök, men "snålat" in, bestämde vi oss för att besöka. Blev väldigt positivt överraskad. Enormt utsikt som ger historiskt perspektiv samt klargör stadsbilden tydligt. Missa inte!
CAN BE SEEN CLEARLY FROM ALEXANDERPLATZ
This tower can be seen easily from Alexanderplatz for good clear photos. I believe there's an extortionate charge to actually go up to it's viewpoint just to see the city which I didn't do. It's a concrete needle with a spectacular globe at the top with numerous windows. It's a lovely looking structure but I don't think the city of Berlin is worth seeing from above to warrant paying the entrance price.
Der beste Ausblick Berlins
Mein Besuch im Berliner Fernsehturm war ein echtes Highlight! Der Ausblick von oben ist einfach fabelhaft – man sieht ganz Berlin in seiner ganzen Pracht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das drehende Restaurant: leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und ein unvergessliches Panorama während des Essens. Die Kombination aus Geschichte, Architektur und Genuss macht den Fernsehturm zu einem absoluten Muss in Berlin.
Très intéressant
Nous avions réserve nos billets avec GetYourGuide et franchement c’était très bien. Le temps n’est pas limité une fois en haut donc préférer une visite tôt le matin quand tout le monde n’est pas encore monté. Nous avons eu la chance de la haute sur une journée ensoleillée permettant de tout voir même au loin ce qui est un plus. Franchement cela permet de mieux se repérer dans la ville et de mieux voir les monuments pour affiner votre circuit ensuite . Enfin cela offre une u vu e d’ensemble ce qui est très apprécié

Nel cuore di Alexanderplatz svetta la Berliner Fernsehturm, un’asta d’acciaio alta 368,03 metri (inclusa l’antenna), completata il 3 ottobre 1969 per volontà della Repubblica Democratica Tedesca, con Hermann Henselmann come principale architetto e costruttori statali della DDR  . Costruita tra il 1965 e il 1969, nacque come impianto di trasmissione TV e radio, ma fin dal primo giorno si impose come manifesto di potenza tecnologica e simbolo ideologico del socialismo. A circa 203,78 metri d’altezza, una grande sfera di 32 metri di diametro funge da piattaforma panoramica, con 60 grandi finestre che in una giornata tersa permettono di spingersi con lo sguardo fino a 42 km di distanza  . Due ascensori ad alta velocità – capaci di trasportare 12 persone ciascuno in meno di 40 secondi – collegano la base al belvedere, mentre chi osa i 986 gradini della scala interna può sperimentare la lenta ascesa attraverso il nucleo di calcestruzzo armato. Al tramonto, quando i raggi del sole colpiscono il rivestimento in piastrelle metalliche della cupola, si forma la celebre “croce del Papa” (Rache des Papstes), un curioso gioco di luce che i berlinesi d’Est interpretarono come segno di rivolta spirituale contro l’ateismo di Stato. In epoca GDR la torre era conosciuta anche come “St. Walter” – un’ironica allusione a Walter Ulbricht – e divenne monumento protetto già nel 1979, a conferma del suo valore architettonico e simbolico. Oggi la Fernsehturm è non solo l’edificio più alto della Germania e il terzo più elevato nell’Unione Europea, ma anche una calamita per oltre 1,2 milioni di visitatori all’anno, di cui circa il 60 % stranieri provenienti da oltre 90 paesi . Pur non mantenendo più l’antica carica ideologica, rimane testimone silenzioso della storia di Berlino: uno scrigno di memoria che unisce passato e futuro, capace di raccontare con un solo sguardo l’evoluzione di una città rinata dalle proprie divisioni.
Nicely all-around from the "city's tallest" :)
Nicely seen after coming out of the elevator at the top of this "tallest building" in the city was the "west view" which in my opinion is the best among all directions (with the city's "iconic structure" namely Berliner Dom cathedral pretty much right next to this tower followed by the "expansive nature area" namely Tiergarten at some further distance) with also other fairly-breathtaking views such as that of the Spree River (mainly to the south & some to the northwest) and that of like the "quaint part" of the city (to the north & northeast), and kind of adding to the panorama I would say was seeing all directions "all the way to the horizon in this flat-terrain city" as I went around the observation floor. And yes, also helpful were the small info plates about the sites & particular buildings seen both near & far (really pretty-detailed descriptions of those places). And after coming back down from the top was getting to admire briefly the "miniature lego-model" of the city (quite an impressive one of a good size & with many colors) on the level right above the ground level followed by the "800-year-history show" about the city by putting on these big "virtual glasses" (really an interesting & knowledgeable narration of the historic timeline of the city from like the mid-1200's to the present in just about a 10-minute time frame!). And so, after the nice morning-part of the day at this tower, it was the afternoon-part which was a "historically interesting" one I would say at the Checkpoint Charlie (with its decades-old "security booth" for some nice photo-op & info displays nearby about the city during the Cold War) followed by the Topography of Terror Museum (with really quite plenty of photo & info displays to learn about the history of Gestapo on the site where its HQ once existed and actually also with a section of the Berlin Wall still in existence from the time of the Cold War on one side of the museum grounds).
Great view of Berlin!
We had booked tickets online in advance, so we were able to go right in. The view was particularly outstanding that day. We were able to take some great photos.
Lo primero que debes visitar en Berlín
Una visita muy interesante por las vistas espectaculares desde la torre más alta de Berlín. También es muy interesante la Realidad Virtual donde explican la historia de Berlín (muy dinámico y ameno). Si puedes, lo ideal es ver dicha VR nada más llegar a Berlín y después comenzar a visitar la ciudad. Súper recomendable. Imprescindible reservar cita previa!!

Een echte landmark van Berlijn. Deze econische toren zie je echt van verre. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Zeker de moeite waard.
My Visit
This is a fantastic spot for panoramic city views. Unfortunately, today was cloudy, limiting visibility, but it was still a lovely experience to take in the sights from above!
Berlin's skyline
If you want to take photos, videos and have a staggering view of Berlin's skyline at 360° with all its famous landmarks go on the Fernsehturm. You enjoy a breathtaking landscape and you can have dinner or lunch at the restaurant on the top.
Iconic tower, great views
Glad we visited and luckily no queue. It is quite expensive but Beverly so would recommend. There is a small bar at the top and it was lovely to have a drink there as the darkness fell. The other place for views is the parliament dome - this is lower building so you get some height but can see more detail.
Ein grandioser Ausblick
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte ist der Berliner Fernsehturm. Am Besten macht reserviert im Vorhinein online, denn der Ausblick auf Berlin ist grandios und die Tickets sehr beliebt. Sehr positiv ist es, dass man genug Zeit hat um den Ausblick zu genießen ohne gedrängt zu stehen.

Went here on Christmas Eve - very small queue to enter and no queue at all for the lift. Breathtaking views of the city - could have spent all day there! Also, dropped my wallet when there and was handed into security with everything there including cash - what honest staff! Thoroughly recommend a visit
Lovely view but overpriced
It was good but I think too expensive. Lovely view and you only spend 15mims there. Very busy as well and we went during the lunch hour.
It's cool
I've been visiting Berlin for close to 35 years and the Berlin Fernsehturm still impresses me . Standing 203 metres high ,its one of the emblematic structures of this fascinating city ,I've been up the tower several times,enjoyed meals and drinks here and took in the sites of this city from this vantage point ,its popular, its always busy but it's also so very cool ,its also one of the most photographed buildings in Berlin, most definitely well worth checking out if you're planning a holiday to Berlin and easy to locate along Panoranastraße.
Bonne attraction et instructif
Elle vaut le coup, en plus d'un super panorama en coeur de Berlin, il y beaucoup d'explications sur les batiments et leur histoire (si certain font le tour en 15 min, c'est qu'ils ne lisent rien.....) Il y a un petit bar pour prendre un verre La visite fonctionne par créneau donc en vous rendant sur place, il y a de grande chance que tout soit parti et reste les crénaux du soir..... (nous y étions en novembre donc à 16h00 le soleil se couche) Bien sur Berlin la nuit c'est aussi sympa je présume. Sinon acheter le ticket à l'avance sur leur site (mais je ne sais pas si on a la possiblité d'appliquer la réduction si on a la carte Berlin welcomecard....) Pas pris le tciket VRR (réalité virtuelle) je ne sais pas ce que ça vaut Attraction que je recommande pour voir l'histoire de Berlin de haut
Stunning views
Maybe we were lucky - but we just bought a ticket when we decided to go up the tower. Another couple arrived with their pre-paid ticket but told to come back when it was their allotted time (seemed a bit harsh). So, not 100% sure the benefit of pre-booking? Maybe tickets are cheaper. Anyway, queued inside for around 10 minutes waiting for our turn in the lift. Up top, some really cracking views. Really interesting picking out the landmarks. A lot of people where enjoying a late-afternoon/early-evening beverage and I decided to join them. The only thing that was when bought my drink - at the bar - they presented the payment terminal with various options as to how much tip you wanted to give. Bit of a cheek! (All the chap had done was pout me a drink). I couldn't see the non-tip option and being British was too embarrassed to ask. But it was still a nice drink gazing out the window.
Worth a visit
£25 to get to the observation deck..the views are great, spoilt slightly by reflection. The bar up the top sells lo al craft beer and makes for an enjoyable visit. I definitely think this is worth a stop on anyone itinerary in Berlin..
What a view!
This is a must visit in Berlin. Spent well over 1 hour up top and had a wonderful breakfast. The view is breathtaking. I recommend the VR toor downstairs too for additional €. Two options to choose from: Berlin Story and TV tower story. Would definitely visit again!
Helt klart et besøg værd
For anden gang besøgte vi Fernsehturm for at nyde den fantastiske udsigt over Berlin. Det er en oplevelse jeg aldrig bliver træt af og vil klart anbefale at besøge tårnet når du er i Berlin.
Ein toller Besuch mit Anlaufschwierigkeiten
Der Fernsehturm ist eine wirkliche Attraktion. Der Ausblick und in unserem Fall das Essen im Restaurant. Der Einlass allerdings ist katastrophal schlecht organisiert und der Mitarbeiter der den Einlass durchführte zeichnete sich durch Herumbrüllen und komplett inkompetente Versuche aus, die Situation zu erklären. Natürlich gebrüllt. Als wir erstmal oben waren, war alles sehr schön.
VR experience is a must!
Despite this being our 13th visit to Berlin, it was our first to the observation deck. Arriving slightly earlier than our 11AM admission we were granted entry. There was no queue for the elevator & quickly we found ourself at the top for spectacular 360c views of Berlin and beyond. The information at the viewing platform was available in German, English, French & Spanish. It was great to see the city sights and familiar places from above. There was a bar on the observation deck to make your time viewing the city even more enjoyable. Back at ground level you’ll find a gift shop and the VR experience which I’m so glad that we paid the extra for. There were 2 video options, the history of the TV tower or the history of Berlin. Opting for the latter it was interesting to see Berlin from centuries ago to present day. The experience lasted around 15 minutes and headsets were available in smaller sizes for children too. A memorable visit which I’d highly recommend.

La torre della televisione di Berlino è uno dei simboli iconici della capitale tedesca, è nella famosissima Alexanderplatz, è alta ben 368 metri e la vista panoramica verso tutta la città è veramente magnifica. Nella torre è presente anche un ristorante per una cena con vista!al piano terra abbiamo anche vissuto un esperienza 3d con dei vissuti che facevano vedere la storia della città fin dalla sua nascita. Si può volendo anche vedere la storia della costruzione della torre. Assolutamente una delle cose da fare a Berlino.

Caro pero..... Estando ahi en visita corta de unos días ,la torre si merece la pena subir, y ver todo el Berlin en 'plan' panoramica. Hay mas opciones como la bola de cristal en el parlamento y otra torre más pequeña (Pero con subir en esta te ahorras tiempo y no hace falta entrar en las otras ,en mi opinión)

Essen war super. Bedienung war super. Es hat auch niemand Trinkgelder verlangt. Alles war sauber und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam. Ich komme immer gerne wieder hierher. Ich komme häufig hierher und kann mich nicht beschweren.
TV-Tower, coffee and cake yes, but don’t eat the food.
TV-Tower, the restaurant: A very special way to see Berlin from above, and I can recommend it. You need to reserve a table online. You can enter the tower 15 min. before your reservation. Meaning if your table is reserved for 13:00, you can enter the tower at 12:45 and not before (you will not be let in). You can bring a normal rucksack and it will be searched and you will have to go through a metal detector. You then scan your ticket and go to the elevator and a guard will help you enter. The elevator is really fast and you’ll feel your ears pop. Once up you’ll go to the right and your reservation will be checked and you’ll get your table number which is on the lamp on the table. There’s a normal observation deck where you walk round, and the restaurant is upstairs. You seat yourself and a waiter will come. The waiter will give you a menu card but - I thought the food was terrible, the taste and consistency was just disgusting. I’ve been to Germany many times, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. Just buy coffee and cake and enjoy the view and the fact that you are circling - and it has air-con. I believe you can stay for 2 hours. Once down again you can visit the tourist shop.

Postazione panoramica da cui si vede veramente tutta la città. In pochi secondi si sale otre i 200 metri e la vista è fantastica. Al piano superiore del belvedere c'è un ristorante.
Just like any other skyline tower
If you like to see a Birds Eye view of a city then you will enjoy a trip up the TV tower. But once you have walked the perimeter of the tower there is little else to do unless you plan to visit the bar. We were lucky because we visited on a clear day, I am not sure whether the view would be as good on a foggy/windy/rainy day.

Visiting the Berliner Fernsehturm during my solo trip to Berlin this August was an unforgettable experience. As one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the TV Tower stands tall over Berlin’s skyline, and I knew I couldn’t leave without seeing the view from the top. I booked my ticket online to avoid the lines, which was a good move because the tower is a popular spot. The ride up the elevator was quick, and within seconds, I was 203 meters above the city. The observation deck offers a 360-degree view of Berlin, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing the city spread out beneath me, from the historic buildings to the modern architecture, really put into perspective how dynamic and diverse Berlin is. What made the experience even better was the clear weather that day, allowing me to see landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, and the Spree River in the distance. I spent a while just soaking in the view, trying to spot all the places I had visited during my trip. There’s also a revolving restaurant, which seemed like a great place to enjoy a meal with a view, but I opted to stay on the observation deck to maximize my time taking in the scenery. The Berliner Fernsehturm is definitely worth a visit if you’re in Berlin, especially if you enjoy city views. It’s a great way to get a new perspective on the city and see just how vast and varied Berlin really is. For solo travelers, it’s a must-do experience that offers some incredible photo opportunities and a chance to reflect on your journey through the city.
Tall place and associated great view!
On a very hot day it is stifling up there - but it was a VERY hot day to be fair... we went up at sunset and the view was lovely, with information signs of what you can see. If you get vertigo do not look up in the lift the ceiling is glass! The bar area is small but the sparkling wine and currywurst were very good! Didn't try the VR Experience or the restaurant.
Eccellente punto di osservazione della citta
Se capitate a Berlino e volete godere della vista panoramica della città a 360 gradi, questo è il posto ideale. Si acquista il biglietto di ingresso e si sale con un ascensore velocissimo che porta a un'altezza di circa 200 metri. Qui si entra in una sfera dalle pareti di vetro che permette di osservare la città in tutte le direzioni, riconoscendo i vari luoghi che magari avrete già visitato. Ottima da visitare al tramonto e anche col buio della notte.
Bella ma un po' troppo costosa
Edificio spettacolare, uno dei simboli di Berlino. La vista è davvero mozzafiato ma il prezzo del biglietto troppo alto, anche usufruendo dello sconto della BWC. Anche la quantità di persone presenti tutte insieme nel sito, peggiora la qualità della visita.

Online Karten kurzfristig gebucht (Aussichtsplattform), schneller Zugang, freundliches Personal, entspannter Ablauf, tolle Aussicht (wie gewohnt), Bar und Getränkeautomat auf Aussichtsplattform, schneller Zugang zum Fahrstuhl für die Abfahrt; Preise halte ich für das Erlebnis für mehr als angemessen (man fährt ja nur alle paar Jahre mal hoch und die Kosten für den touristischen Betrieb inkl. Personalkosten, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Investitionsrücklagen werden erheblich sein, da zahle ich gerne für den "Telespargel")
It’s very high, but worth it.
OMG it’s high. LOL 😂😂 Outstanding 360° views 670 feet up over the city. Needed the bier at the top to steady my nerves. Hahahahahaha Virtual reality attraction was very clever indeed.
Iconic evening
Iconic evening. Such a great experience - good food, good service and amazing views - teenagers loved it (as did we). Decor defiantly and beautifully retro. Would definitely recommend.
En oplevelse for familien med lidt større børn.
At se Berlin fra toppen er klart en oplevelse i sig selv, men hele atmosfæren og turen op gennem tårnet er også en del af oplevelsen. Det var dog lidt i den dyre ende for 30-40 min. udsigts kiggeri, men man kan finde billige billetter flere steder, hvilket vi klart vil anbefale, at man gør.
Een duur uitzicht
Voor het mooiste uitzicht over Berlijn moet je hier zijn! Met 6m/s ga je naar 203 meter hoogte en heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Het personeel en beveiliging is erg vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat je je blauw betaald aan een kaartje om vervolgens boven voor een drankje ook al snel €5 te kunnen dokken.
Berlino dall’alto della Torre
L’esperienza che si vive nel salire a 230 metri di altezza in pochi istanti e godere della vista di Berlino dall’alto è impagabile. Noi abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante mentre guardavamo il panorama girando a 360 gradi lentamente ma molto piacevolmente. A cena è sicuramente il momento migliore perché si assiste al tramonto da una posizione privilegiata. Il cibo non vale il conto pagato ma se penso all’intera esperienza la consiglio a tutti.
Impressive views of Berlin.
Excellent views of Berlin. A very well organised tour. The lift is superb exceptionally fast. The display boards indicating monuments and areas in the city is very helpful.
Hoog boven Berlijn
Op een rustig moment een ticket gekocht. Geen rij, direct de lift in. In rap tempo naar 203 meter met poppende oren. Het uitzicht over de stad is fenomenaal. Tempelhof als grote open plek midden in dichte bebouwing. De Wasserturm als klein speeltje uit Madurodam. En de grote brede avenues die als serpentines door de stad slingeren. Goed voor een uurtje vermaak. Enige minpunt is de ticketprijs, 27,50 euro zonder kortingskaart.

Can't miss seeing it when in the city center, park/fountain near by, Hop On Hop Off bus tours leave from this area, lots of restaurants and shops very close
Great views poor restaurant
Eventhough prizy it is worth to see the city from the sky. Just avoid the restaurant on the sucond floor. Separate reviews for the Sphere restaurant.
Great view, shame about the food
We booked for the Restaurant sphere, thinking to enjoy food and the view, but we were underwhelmed by the food: tasteless and unattractive, while the place smelt of school dinners cooked elsewhere and reheated. I know you can't expect first class food at the top of such a tower, but this was unimaginative and something of a rip off.
